Before ordering, review the individual brush, chosen option, quantity, price and delivery details. Only inclusions expressly described in the listing form part of the purchase. Do not infer a set of brushes, cosmetics, a holder, dimensions or bristle composition from styling props or the image alone. Ask for clarification where a detail matters to your decision.

Prices and amounts due

Product prices are in US dollars unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before payment. Standard shipping is free at a subtotal of US$50 or more after discounts, excluding tax and shipping; below that amount the displayed charge applies. Optional services require your selection.

Submitting and reviewing an order

An order submission is a request to purchase. An acknowledgement confirms receipt of the details. If an availability issue, payment problem or clear listing error prevents fulfilment, we will contact you about the available resolution. We do not substitute a materially different item without agreement. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled and is cancelled, the applicable payment is refunded.

Fulfilment and delivery information

Dispatch is within 24 consecutive hours after payment confirmation, followed by an estimated 7–15 business days in transit to an eligible United States address. The estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. Tracking information is emailed to the checkout address after dispatch. Provide complete, accurate details and contact us promptly about corrections or delivery concerns.

Changes, returns and refunds

Ask for a cancellation or change promptly; dispatch may limit what is possible. A confirmed pre-dispatch cancellation does not require a return. Return requests may be made within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Customers pay preference-return shipping, while reasonable related costs caused by seller or product error are covered by us. For ordinary returns, we generally initiate the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection, with bank posting time additional.

Records and rights

Keep your order confirmation and include its number when contacting support. These terms do not remove non-excludable protections or remedies under applicable law. Request the correct return destination before posting; the registered business address is not automatically a return warehouse.
